I grew up at the Gricola Valleprima Estate, where I cultivated a passion for traditional Italian cuisine and the products of my land from a young age. I became interested in cooking thanks to my two grandmothers, who taught me the secrets of traditional Marche recipes. Their love for cooking transmitted to me a passion for creating tasty and genuine dishes, using only the best products. My culinary philosophy is based on the exclusive use of high-quality raw materials produced directly on the agricultural estate. Our oil and wine are two excellent products that contribute to giving my dishes a unique and unmatched character. I am aware that cooking is an art in constant evolution, and I enjoy keeping up with gastronomic innovations without ever forgetting tradition. My goal is to create dishes appreciated for their authentic taste and careful presentation.
