Grape varieties: 70% Tuscan Trebbiano, 30% Chianti Malvasia
Winemaking: The grapes are strictly hand-harvested and vinified in steel, fermenting for approximately 12-15 days at low temperatures of 18-21°C. The wine is then aged in steel for about 3 months before being bottled and left to rest.
Release: March-April following the harvest
Chemical characteristics: Alcohol: 12%, Total acidity: 6.20, pH: 3.50
Organoleptic characteristics: Visual: white wine with a straw yellow hue; Odor: intense, fragrant, fresh, and floral; Taste: a wine with personality, dry and balanced, pleasant and with a harmonious flavor.
Service temperature: 10-12C°. Gastronomic advice: It is recommended for appetizers, fish-based dishes, and white meats.
